I worked as Operation and Maintenance Engineer in different type of Ash Handling System (Dense Phase pneumatic conveying and Vacuum conveying system) of coal based thermal power plants. Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of Dense phase pneumatic conveying system, Bottom ash handling system, Vacuum fly ash conveying system, Mill Reject System.

Operation and maintenance of Fly ash handling (Dense phase pneumatic conveying) system.

Operation & Maintenance of ESP.

Operation and maintenance of Bottom ash handling system.

Close monitoring of Rotary Systems (Vibrations, Temperatures, Abnormal sounds,

Making Standard operating procedures (SOP) of Ash handling system.

Installation, testing, commissioning and proofing the performance guarantee parameters of the entire dense phase pneumatic conveying ash handling system, Bottom ash handling system,

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling and monitoring of project as per corporate level.

Involve in preparation of detailed plans with our seniors.

Involve in scheduling and conduct the review meeting with our O & M team.

Involve in highlight the constraints if any found on site and draw the necessary actions to overcome the same.

Involve in close monitoring on critical path and ensure timely mobilization of all the resources required to complete the critical activities on time etc.
