Downsized and semi-retired. Continued to periodically contract with Florida
D.E.P. & Park Services as vendor.
1983-2004 Founded & Incorporated Land Formations,Inc. February, 1983
A site development company engaged in clearing, earthwork,road construction,
storm drainage systems and related utilities; concrete sidewalks and
related structures. As President, direct responsibilities consisted of everyday
operations of business,all field operations,decisions and management of all
personnel.
1979-1983 Griner - Woodruff Company,Inc.
.Joined company In Fall of 1979 as Foreman and advanced as company expanded
and later became GeneralSuperintendent for North Florida. .Job responsibilities
included bidding,layout and engineering for resident and commercial development
sites,parking lots, streets and housing areas. Experience In road
construction,utilities, storm water system,earthwork and golf courses.
1977-1979 Automated Lawn System
Established business in St.Augustine as underground lawn sprinkler system
and pump contractor. Sold business in 1979 and joined Griner- Woodruff
Company. Also attended St.Augustine TechnicalCenter during this time.

Performed Supervisor duties of crews installing Golf Course irrigation and
sprinkler systems. Other duties consisted of installation of deep
wellturbines and pumps,pneumatic pressure systems,automatic electronic
sensors. Advanced to overseeing all supervisors In connection with the
above inventory and became generalmanager for Evergreen Sprinkler
Co.,parent company of above. Left in 1979 to start own business.
1973-1974 Archie David Underground
Hired as equipment operator. Performed installation of underground duct
banks and telephone manhole structures. Advanced to Foreman performing
Supervisory duties of above mentioned work. Left when hired by Curley
Company.
1971 -1973 Humble OilCompany
Worked with dealer in automobile maintenance shop,sold automobile
accessories, performed engine tune-ups and used electronic Dyno equipment.
Completed Humble OilCompany owner and management schooland sales
seminars. Advanced to Assistant Manager. (Business Sold)
1970 1971 .Jacksonville Shipyards
Returned to work after Service Completion and advanced to First Class
Mechanic. Performed welding and pipefitting duties on ships, fresh
water piping, engine cooler lines and misc.

Advanced to Master Crew Chief on B-52"s during four year service. Performed
duties of pre-flight Inspection launch,recovery and travel. Received Master
Crew Chief Award,Eighth Air Force. Discharged as Staff Sergeant.

Advanced to Third Class Mechanic after Graduation from high school.
Performed welding and pipefittlng duties until joining U.S.Air Force.
