Hydraulic Fittings Quality Testing Project
I arranged the quality check on the reliability of hydraulic fittings on the TXD Mast of a Hydraulic
Drill Rig as per specifications set by SAE manual J514. Project included mechanical and material
testing procedures such as Worker’s and Inspector’s range analysis for OD along with a 'GO &
NO-GO' thread check. The Material testing comprised of Sine Wave Impulse Testing, Proof and
Burst Testing, Fatigue Testing, and Repeat Assembly.
Navy Service Kits Project
I arranged a Service Kit order for Navy Drill Rigs with parts totaling over $1,000,000 in value. I
oversaw the process from receiving ordered parts to shipment of packed chests.
API (American Petroleum Institute) certified O-Ring Storage
O-Ring Inventory Analysis and Solution proposal for containment based on API standards.
