Project includes a review of BPCS documentation of inventory procedures and process control improvements, including necessary revisions to process’s in order to reinstitute their suspended cycle count routines. Presented management with means to avoid $160m in inventory adjustments and further control of $168m that was not accounted for at any particular point I time.

• Financial and Operational Consultant for an $80 million Tier I automotive supplier of stamped and welded components. Project includes a review and documentation of costing models and resulting recommendations for improvements

• Financial and Operational Consultant for a $40 million supplier of industrial pumps. Project includes a review and documentation of inventory controls and procedures and resulting recommendations for improvements.

• Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for an entity that maintains a continuing care retirement facility on a 31 acre campus with a 163 bed health care facility, 88 assisted living units and a 90 unit independent living facility. Project included oversight and direction of an initial and three amended Forbearance

agreements with the banking group, while managing cash flows during entire process; prepared all schedules and bankruptcy filing documentation; researched

accounting for TIF obligation, resulting in reductions in the debt obligation and related real estate and interest expense reductions of nearly $400,000.

• Financial and Operational Consultant for a $200 million supplier of components and systems for commercial and retail refueling. Projects include a review and documentation of inventory controls and procedures for three

operating units, whereby reducing quarterly inventory adjustments from high 6 figures to nearly 4 figures; review of warranty reserves and select SOX testing.

• Successfully managed all Y2K, IT compliance issues.

pass through raw material cost increases.
