Currently Working at K Electric Private Limited as a HR Officer to analyze and provide solutions in all HR matters. HR Records Management:

• Delivering contribution as a core team member in xECM project by implementation of SAP opentext xECM for digitalized HR Record.

• Acknowledgement of contribution delivering services to the customers of people connect as a services champion.

• Manage MIS of 20,000 + active and inactive employees.

• Facilitate legal department for inquiry and disciplinary cases.

• Facilitate external and internal audit of employee files.

• Automate the services request process for personal file requirement from various stakeholder.

• Perform special projects and records updation on system.

• Maintaining all kind of HR records of MS & NMS Including hard copy & xECM.

• File Received form Onboarding hard copies & upload in xECM & Onboarding files QA.

• In & Out from stakeholders, Inquiry files.

• Receiving of final settlement documents and others from stakeholders.

• Weekly MIS share for files received and not received from onboarding & All kind of HR Record.

• Reconciliation of Active files "Management staff & Non management staff".

• Segregation of Inactive and Active files - Management staff & Non-management staff.

• Timely response of all queries of the customer and ensure 97% TAT compliance in relevant Jobs assignments coordination with relevant stakeholders (Legal, Payroll, HRBPs, onboarding).

• Ensuring timely Response by providing and deliverables to Stake holder - No. of Tickets Closed

• Coordination with Docit team for files circulation and providing our stakeholders. Time & Attendance (DECIBEL):

• Responsible for Poling Activity to upload the daily attendance.

• Management of all TIS devices that should be connected with 02 days.

• To ensure the availability of Vendor for Survey of Attendance Devices,

• Maintenance of device health check and coordination with vendor (once in a quarter with proper report).

• To ensure all the exit employees should be removed from Devices with a week.

• Provide proper support required it maintain the business.
