I have delivered various projects and led the commissioning of same for the Upstream and LNG assets ranging from debottlenecking projects to mega projects such as Bonny Terminal Integrated project, NLNG -LPG plant, Soku gas plant debottlenecking project to a $50b LNG Canada project starting from FID to commissioning. I was the DCS/Instrument Engineer for offshore projects such as AKOGEP 450mmScf/d project for Total Energies and lead the commissioning of the systems. I have also delivered other re-commissioning projects like the Shell EA FPSO Re-entry project and FABRIC Maintenance and Bonga FPSO various brown field projects and debottlenecking projects.
I have also delivered various power project which run on gas turbines from key manufacturers like Rolls Royce, Solar, Siemens etc. and operated same assets.

Previously worked as Manager Maintenance Execution where I led a team of over 60 Maintenance Discipline Engineers (Mechanical/ Instrument/ Electrical and Quality Assurance/Inspection Engineers) to provide Engineering, Operations and Maintenance support to the Assets spanning Onshore, Offshore and LNG business units for various Global oil and gas companies such as Shell, Total and LNG Joint ventures in Nigeria and Canada.
As Head of operations readiness and CSU in shell, I am skilled in project delivery /project risks management and deployment of new processes & Technologies and a proven resource on commissioning and startup of projects. Additionally, I have led project deployment of MIE and Asset integrity scope execution for the SPDC asset including Flowline integrity management- (FIMs), Reliability, Corrosion & Inspection, Extra ordinary Maintenance etc.
Handled installation projects and Commissioned critical rotating Equipment as part of bigger project delivery in the past. Championed Turbine & Compressor including other key rotating equipment healthcare improvement strategy projects achieving above 90% availability uptime and reliability: Carry out and end-to end review of the current operating mode and maintenance requirement for our critical assets ensuring that the right maintenance is done with the right assurance, optimized work intervals to improve the uptime and MTTR KPIs with focus on condition monitoring to prevent unexpected failures and execution excellence to achieve right maintenance at first time. Some of RE OEM fleets of various models include Solar, Siemens, BHGE, Ariel, Atlas Copco, Mayekawa, Nuovo Pignone, Mitsubishi, Roll Royce, Dresser rand, Demag Deleval, Sulzer, etc.
• Driving the planning and executions of minor modification projects, critical rotating equipment procurement and services, equipment availability for meeting the production of oil and gas targets.

• Joint Venture (JV) liaison representative for Shell Onshore Maintenance organization and doubles as the Chairman of the Maintenance Subcommittee with the Joint Venture partners responsible for over F$500m/a Shell share budget recovery from the government regulatory body.
• Drives the Domestic Gas quality improvement program for Shell in the Assets.
• Contract Management of key project and Maintenance contracts including JV level contracts to support the asset.
• Inventory Support and Contract Management of key OEM fleets of equipment, project and Maintenance contracts including JV level contracts to support the asset and equipment standardization across the group.
Prior to joining Shell, I was the Project Electrical/Instrument Engineer with Deawoo, the EPC, and led the delivery of this scope of the Obigbo Node AGG project from detailed design to Commissioning/Startup, consisting of 3 units of 65MMScf/d brownfield project scopes.
