In a matter of months, I was promoted to a specialty department that offers more aggressive programs for customers experiencing extreme levels of delinquency. This specialty department required me to ask further second and third level questions, take financial statements, then design a custom-tailored program to assist customers that were struggling financially.
In early May 2025 the specialty department I worked for was no longer needed and let go of most of its employees including myself.

Telvista is a third-party company that hires agents for businesses needing salesman, collectors, and customer services agents for various companies. The company I was hired on for contract work was Verizon’s Fleet side, where I sold EDL’s, GPS devices, and various other services to both small and large business owners of various trucking and logistic companies.
I quickly became a top salesman where I was moved from small to large business sales, but ultimately left when the contract with Verizon expired.
