• Lead System Engineering Analyst supporting the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Communications Network (GCN) Product Modernization.

•Provided systems engineering contractor technical support to the Government who oversees the Prime Contractor and other Industry subcontractors.

•Supported GCN prime contractor design reviews such as ERRs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, IBRs, IPRs, and PCBs for sustainment engineering, requirements development, interface development, product engineering, and fielding plan development efforts related to GCN.

•Applied system engineering principles to analyze GCN system requirements.

•Conducted requirements traces and specifications trees within DOORS. Tasks included analysis and verification of requirements.

•Lead Engineer, Electronic Warfare Hot Bench (EWHB), In-Service Support (ISS) on the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP). The EWHB simulates the Self-Defense System/Electronic Support Measures (SDS/ESM) on the CH-148 Cyclone helicopter.

Principal Systems Engineer - Vencore June 2013 – October 2014

•Lead Logistics Engineer, providing technical support and analysis to the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (AMRDEC) Logistics Center (ALC) to enhance the logistics engineering maintenance on UH-60, CH47, AH-64 components/platforms.

•Implemented an AMRDEC Root Cause Working Group (RCWG) to perform root cause analysis and corrective action on UH-60, CH-47 and AH-64 platforms. Members included ALC, RAM Engineering and the Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED).

Principal Systems Engineer - MSCI January 2013 – May 2013

•Performed duties as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the system engineering discipline providing technical support in a broad range of technologies, including Army Aviation Systems technologies.

•Coordinated and authored a draft capabilities requirements document (CRD) for a new “Always On” distributed network environment, an Assistant Secretary of the Army Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology ASA(ALT) sponsored technology initiative to support the Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) community, Network Integration Evaluations (NIEs) and the Warfighter.

•Authored a BMDS Sensors Requirements Management Plan to ensure the Sensors (SN) Requirements Management Processes were communicated and understood by other SN organizations and sub-contractors.

•Provided technical interface between the SNET (Test/Requirements) office and the SNXD AN/TPY-2 Product Office Chief Engineer. Provided technical insight into the current, planned and future capabilities of AN/TPY-2 software and related Modeling & Simulation of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) which uses the AN/TPY-2 Radar.

Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer - MEI Technologies August 2009 – June 2011

•Authored the Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES) for the Test and Evaluation organization of the US Army Project Manager's Office Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMO-ASE) Hostile Fire Detection System (HFDS). HFDS was a multispectral detection system that would provide situational awareness to rotary aircrews of small arms, rockets, and RPGs hostile fire.

•HFDS representative to PMO-ASE System Engineering & Integration Working Group (SEIWG), tasked to provide a system of systems engineering approach through the development of standards for risk management, configuration management and integrated systems engineering.
