An experienced, practical, hands-on Project Director / Project Manager/ Design Manager, with a good balance of Office / Site, Management, design and people skills. Involved with developments in Africa, Middle / Far East, UK and elsewhere, spanning over 30 years in the construction industry. I have extensive experience in the commercial, residential and leisure construction industry, with a career canvassing general contracting, construction project management design consultancy

Over the course of my career, I have managed Design and Construction projects in the Gulf Region and Internationally, including multi-million-dollar construction of shopping malls, multi-story commercial, residential towers projects educational & medical complex. Throughout my career I have provided project management and design expertise encompassing all design phases, infrastructure works, and building construction, through shop drawing submittal and material submittal to site inspection. Monitoring cost and programmed and quality of works I am an advocate offering proactive leading current evidence based practice applications for the construction industry. Additionally I was instrumental in implementing innovative technology within the Construction arena accomplishing safe cost effective practices succeeding in a timely completion of engineering tasks.
