Organize each holiday party & Battalion wide fundraising events from start to finish, decorate, choose catering, allocate funds and disperse checks to vendors as needed. Insure and schedule food handlers or delivery for pickup and drop off of catering every event, meeting and award ceremonies for 200+ Soldiers & their families. Locate sutable venue that holds 200+ Soldier’s & family members(multiple times a month)-Including bigger holiday venues along with party room.
Assemble a team of Volunteers to assist in the planning, organizing and exhicutiton of each battalion annual Military Ball function in its entirety while being as logistically accommodating to everyone’s needs.
Strategically research important issues to be discussed at meetings along with important real time bulletins/news of upcoming deployments or trainings scheduled. Kept tracks of financial budget throughout the year and ensuring funds stayed + by fundraising and networking.
I tracked CLASSIFIED flight times and dates for Soldier's departure and return for multiple tours of duty outside the United States.
I personally ensured 200+ spouses and family members were contacted with updates inreal time of Information regarding their loved ones safe return home from war-zone.
