The company received over 5000 applications which consisted of persons applying for rent assistance. They had to apply online and fill out a 5-page application.
I followed up with the applicants to make sure that they had all 5 pages completed properly and made sure they didn’t have to add anything else to their applications.
The processors needed to complete their evaluations of the applicants to be able to approve the applicant’s application before they received their funds, all funds were sent to the landlord not the tenant.
I crossed trained to their processing department and worked very closely with the applicants, processors, and landlords to complete the job efficiently.
