OBJECTIVE:

An enthusiastic engineer with 13+ years of industrial experience where performed many infrastructure and construction projects as a Site Survey Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Cost engineer and PMO engineer. Project: Supervision, the protection drainage of Storm water in Riyadh Region (Projects Agency, Riyadh Municipality).

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

- Checking Interim Payment Applications based on supporting documents and progress report:

- Understanding the contract type (Lump sum, re measurable, Cost plus. etc.)

- Studying the general & particular conditions of contract (Dates, MOS %, AP Recovery and Retention)

- Understanding the type of payment.

- Reviewing the pricing document [BOQ, Schedule of Rate] and supporting documents
