Advanced Clean Storage I, LLC is a green hydrogen production and storage project being developed by ACES Delta, which is a joint venture between Mitsubishi Power Systems and Magnum Development.

Senior Project and Construction Manager

The IPP coal units are being retired and replaced with an 840MW CCGT power plant, capable of burning 30% Hydrogen and 70% Natural Gas. The IPP Renewal Project is a consortium of 32 municipal electricity providers, with Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as the largest member and Operating Agent. Under a long-term tolling arrangement, the Customer will deliver 100% renewable energy and water, and the project will convert these inputs to green hydrogen, store the hydrogen in Salt Caverns, and deliver the hydrogen back to the IPP Plant. The Project essentially acts as a long-duration hydrogen battery for the Western USA.

Construct a 220 MW Alkaline Electrolyzer Facility. These Electrolyzers will be powered by renewable energy.

Develop, via solution mining, two (2) ~4.5MMbl salt caverns.

Construct two (2) one hundred fifty acre+ Brine Ponds for storing the brine from the Salt Caverns.

Engineer, Procure, and Construct 840MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Oversee $705MM Project, which includes 220MW Electrolyzer Facility, two (2) Caverns, two (2) Brine Ponds, 840MW Power Plant, and Balance of Plant.

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas: Business Operations Management Consultant 2016-2019

An industry leading power generation and energy storage solutions provider.

Retained to develop a landmark proprietary Project Management Execution Process (PMEP) for Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc., New Generation Systems Project Execution Department. Worked closely with internal business units to leverage existing resources in the overall work effort on approaches, strategies, processes, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
