I worked as crew member at mcdonald’s which is a world wide restaurant. Before Covid-19 took a toll on everything, i worked at the cash register where i’d place people’s orders and they’d hand me their money and i’ll return their correct amount of change. After Covid-19 outbroke in cleveland, i shifted to kitchen where they taught me how to take orders on the headset, how to bag food, to be at window, and also go to the back and get the money for people’s food. i usually worked 28-30 hours a week.

I was a customer service associate. Mostly I was at the front register ringing customers out. Truck day was once a week. On that day i stock the shelves with the products in the totes. Whenever we had a “deal of the day” or “deal of the week” I was required to fix the shelves to match up with the deals. We had tags that we put up for deals. we’d have to take them down whenever they expired.

I was a cash register. I scanned customers' items as well as assisted them with finding an item. I would also put back items that customers no longer want. Giant Eagle was a good working experience. The customers made me feel appreciated.
