I joined as Assistant Manager Human Resource for new line of business called Big Basket NOW, which instant Delivery Business in Retail Market.
Here I am accountable for end to end HR operations of Big Basket NOW.
Since January to April 2022, we have Launched Eight BB Now stores successfully and I was accountable to Manpower planning and entire recruitment of this LOB (line of business) including Management staff & blue collar staff.
I am involved in interviewing candidates, Salary & Notice period negotiation, Post joining training co-ordination, Attendance Regularization, Attendance Override, OT calculations, Biometric Punching tracking, Also to Conduct Employee Mentorship Programs & Employee engagement programs.
