• Updating documents of external origin (Document control and updating of the register) (Ongoing)

• Ensure all employee competencies (Certificates, medicals and other required documents are uploaded to Passport 360) and ensuring the employee register is updated accordingly.

• Ensure an accurate training plan is updated and sent out on a weekly basis

• Monitoring of upcoming medical expiries and arranging with procurement to submit the PO’s

• Booking equipment for calibration when needed (When required) and following constantly

• Uploading of vaccine certificates onto passport 360 and updating

• Follow up on exit medicals done and upload accordingly to the respective employee’s profiles

• Printing and laminating documents for sites and outlying depots when required.

• Pushing out E-learning links to all employees and monitor the progress on passport 360

• Ensure that passport system is fed with the required information which is uploaded accurately.

• Ensure all paperwork, checklists and spill books are uploaded onto the system accordingly)
