c. Bank Reconciliation statement.

d. Looking after general office administration.

e. Data entry of various vouchers (Purchase, Sales, Cash, Petty Cash, Bank Etc).

f. Handling day to day petty cash transactions.

g. Submission of Monthly RA Bills & chase up for payment.

h. Keeping the accounts ledger.

i. Making of monthly site imprest statement & other statement in time.

j. Checking the bills of the contractor & supplier & disbursement of payment to them.

k. All kind of correspondences with the client as well as head office.

l. Keeping all the official records at site.

m. Checking of RA bills of the Sub Contractors.

n. Checking of bills of the suppliers.

p. Handling entire Audit work related to process and finance.

q. Audit of Purchase Orders and Purchase Vouchers.

r. Checking and clearing of bills raised by various contractors for manpower supply and others on monthly basis.

s. Responsible to carry out Stores Audit on surprise basis.
