I've built a puller team by motivating my crew to pull faster numbers to get home faster and encourage overtime and making tier. I have gotten my team to get closer and lead them to a common goal which benets the company and myself. I trained employees to pull 350/hour average like myself. I take responsibility for my warehouse and handle things that need to be handled without being asked. I have helped nd solutions to problems ( for example a coworker knocked over a big pallet of tomatoes recently and I had the idea to wrap it pick it up with the reach put it on a pallet and save what we could and 2/3 of it was saved.) I have been learning EVERYTHING I can from tj and Antonio at what they do and what it takes to be a lead. My goal for this is to continue to learn and grow as an employee of wcd and be able to be a value to the company so that I can establish myself in the company down the road on my path to be a supervisor one day down the road. I have consistently shown I stay to completion no matter what and that I put the company and my job before most things in my life.
