I take responsibility for my warehouse and handle things that need to be handled without being asked. I have helped nd solutions to problems ( for example a coworker knocked over a big pallet of tomatoes recently and I had the idea to wrap it pick it up with the reach put it on a pallet and save what we could and 2/3 of it was saved.) I have been learning EVERYTHING I can from tj and Antonio at what they do and what it takes to be a lead. My goal for this is to continue to learn and grow as an employee of wcd and be able to be a value to the company so that I can establish myself in the company down the road on my path to be a supervisor one day down the road. I have consistently shown I stay to completion no matter what and that I put the company and my job before most things in my life.
