Job Responsibilities handled as a Third Party Inspector/Surveyor:-

• Review of QAP, Approved Procedures & Client Specifications.

• Carry out inspections as per Inspection Test Plan, QC Procedures, and Specifications & International Codes.

• Inspection of CS, SS, LTCS and LAS Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Fittings etc.

• Carry out inspection of various fabricated equipments like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Spools, Skids, special vessels and components etc.

• Inspection of Machined parts like Shafts, Rollers, Spray nozzle headers etc.

• Inspection and testing of valves like Back seat hydro, body hydro, seat hydro, Seat pneumatic, Strip test, PMI of SS valves, NDT test, surface preparation test, painting inspection, DFT check etc.

• Witnessing NDT Test such as UT, DPT, MPT & Interpretation of Radiography Films.

• Witnessing Lab Check test of materials at NABL laboratories.

• Inspection and testing of Steel wire ropes with different specifications and application with different MBL. Testing includes Bend test, Torsion test, tensile test of wires & full size rope tensile testing till breakage to achieve the MBL.
