Makes round with the outgoing nurses to assess the general condition of Patient/ Elderly and unit as a whole.

Makes round with Physician and assist with therapeutic or diagnostic as needed. Carries out Doctors orders intelligently, accurately and promptly. Provides the environment that is safe and conducive to therapeutic care. Administers medication as assigned, serves as a resource person for knowledge of Medication uses, side effect, and dosages; check for proper medication order obtains required concerned form administers immunization, assess physical, psychological and emotional needs.

Provides patient and family teaching perform triages and inform physician as when needed.
