I started working in the deli part time. I was in the Starbucks. It was a very fast paced environment, attention to detail, a must, and the highest expectations on customer service. I was able to get full time within my second year working with Kroger, and become a lead in my 4th. I then made schedules and would maintain inventory. I would order supplies accordingly. I also could work in the deli including, slicing lunchmeats and cheeses, weighing those up and other deli items in cold bar. Both Starbucks and deli, there was a lot of cleaning and guidelines on temperatures and Ecolab and the Kroger process. I also would work with the corporate Starbucks manager when we would have signage come in or new promotions or supplies. They would come to check the kiosk was up to Starbucks standards and give any help necessary. My family and I relocated and my next position was in Lead in the Fuel Center. I made sure all documents were in order as they were legal documents for the state of Ohio. This includes safety systems in kiosk, pumps, underground pumps, parking lots, merchandisers and restrooms. I would write schedule and train people. I would meet with our corporate manager for fuel to make sure we were all adhering to safety standards. Leads job was to also work with this drug and general merchandise to make sure our snacks and candy were filled to par. Also the drink distributors such as Coke and Pepsi. The biggest thing other than fuel was the cigarettes. I had to make sure that the shelf was set to planogram and always in stock of our top sellers. May 2014-June 2016

I would make sure the patient was safe, attended and cared for. These duties included toileting, showering, other personal hygiene, dressing and taking to the cafeteria. I would communicate with the RN on duty and concerns that I had for he or she to be made aware of. I would like to see the residents in good spirits and did my best to make them a little happier each day. I respected them and treated them as an elder because they were once productive members of the community who had lives. The most important thing, that I did for them each day, to me, was treat them with respect and dignity. I did all duties that needed done for them. March 2013-December 2013

Donatos Pizza

I made pizza on the make. I was the associate who made your pizza. I read the ticket that stated what crust, sauce or ingredients that you would like on your pizza. I maintained the make table by replenishing the sauces, cheeses and fresh vegetables and to label and date accordingly. I had to keep the pace and always get the order right as this was a fast paced restaurant and a mistake could set the team back or cause more issues. Always keep an eye open to details.
