Participated in three different Controls projects varying from 4 weeks to 5 months utilizing: Factory Transaction Manager, RSView32, RSView Factory Talk Studio, Controllogix, PLC5, Logix500 and SLC500 to create an enterprise solution that provided the machine operator an interactive guided system and management a dashboard providing an easily interpreted presentation of factory information visibility to manage resources, workflow and waste. The HMIs are designed to automatically confirm characteristics of material using barcodes and MS SQL Data upstream up-stream products and workflow to alert the operator of discrepancies or prohibit operation of the machine.

The interfaces provide the operators options, limited to the scope of the current order before engaging in additional processing of the material.

These projects also involved the updating of P&IDs and wiring Diagrams using CAD.

Responsible for the initial development and human factors aspects and design of the HMIs.

Written all the PLC code for the prototype and installations.
