UTILIZATION OF WASTE PLASTIC AND MANUFACTURING OF BRICKS AND PAVER BLOCKS
Description :- In many countries the composition of waste is different which gets affected by the socioeconomics characters waste management programs and consumption patterns generally the level of plastic in the waste composition is high. One of the largest component of plastic waste is polyethene which is followed by polypropylene. These waste possess good engineering properties that we can use in manufacturing of bricks and paver Blocks.

SOIL STABILIZATION
Description :- Soil Stabilization is the alteration of soils to enhance their physical properties. Stabilization can increase the shear strength of a soil and/or control the shrink-swell properties of a soil, thus improving the load bearing capacity of a sub-grade to support pavements and foundations. We try to improve soil properties by using slag and plastic chips.

Worked with M/S Omkaar Construction as Site Engineer for City CC Road at Rajgarh for duration of 1 year
Worked with 'Veer Project' as site engineer for RCC Pavement at construction site Mohla, Dongergoan, Manpur under housing board(Rajnandgoan,Chhattisgarh) for duration of 2 months.
Worked with 'ASCON INFRATECH pvt. Ltd.' as Junior Highway Engineer for project site BARGHAT to KANHIWARA, MPRDC ROAD PROJECT (24km) for 6 months
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Work Experience in Road Construction, prepare bed (SG,GSB), Preparing the ROAD Qty.(SG, GSB), DLC and PQC Laying.
Testing and grading of Material on Site.
Auto Level Surveying( taking OGL,NGL,FRL etc)
Monitor and report progress of site on a daily weekly basis for work allocation.
Follow up safety and quality procedure at site as per Site requirement.
Proper Management of Materials and Work Manship.
