Project Description:-
New project site land feasibility studying and handover to wind farm project execution team and wind
mast foundation concrete Quality control incharge on site .
Key Responsibilities:
Wind mast foundations work, Quantity surveying of material and Quality control checking for the assigned wind farm projects
Conducting Detailed studies in terms of Land, Logistics and ESIA
Land details collection and updation:
Identification of terrain type, land type (Private / Revenue / Forest) including presence of notified settlements, Industries/ SEZ, existing and proposed water bodies, existing wind farm/solar farm and major upcoming projects in the vicinity.
Presence of wild life sanctuaries, bird migratory path, wet lands, national parks, places with archaeological importance, international borders, commercial / defence airport (existing / proposed), Gas pipe line, area allotted for mining/DRDO/GMRT etc.,
Conducting logistic survey to identify the route for material mobilization, preparation of report and suggesting alternate options (if any)
