· Completing tasks per slurry work order. Including weighing, mixing, processing, adding vitamins and final water, then to blending the batch for hominization and pasteurization for completion. Training team members and new team members.

· Using MITS system for scanning in materials for batches and ingredient locations. Also used for inventory functions.

· CIP cleaning and master sanitation on all equipment used in the processing department.

· Warehouse equipment operation used for Loading, Unloading, Pulling and Staging batches, Cycle counts and Inventory control. Equipment used: Forklift.
