Analysis of process flow diagram of the fluidized catalytic cracking unit.

Identification of regions and causes of failure in regenerator cyclone separators.

Proposed design changes in cyclone separator for decreased erosion of cyclone. Pawanhans Helicopters Limited, Rohini Heliport, New Delhi (Dec 2017 - Jan 2018) Project: Diagnosis of the maintenance repairs and overhaul operations of Mi 172 Helicopter & tail rotor thrust estimation.

Analyzed the operations along with possible problems and solutions for the various defects in individual parts.

Design and Fabrication of a Fully Faired Carbon Fibre Recumbent Bike (2018-2019)

Research: Carried out research for material selection & fabrication techniques of carbon fiber reinforced polymers.

Spearheaded design of frame geometry and drive train system for carbon fibre recumbent bike on SolidWorks.
