Direct responsibility for management of the global IT project portfolio (average $80 million per year in CapEx and Expense). Responsibilities include administration of the project management office (PMO); including project governance, strategic planning, budgeting and performance reporting.

Major ERP Governance and Delivery. As director of strategic programs/projects, managed delivery of major ERP systems, including SAP, QAD/MFG Pro and Oracle. Ensured mission critical applications were deployed, supported and managed in line with CMM, PMI and ITIL standards. ERP deployments involved design, development, rigorous unit & integration testing, data management, change management and post production handover. Primary database solutions involved were Oracle (SAP & Oracle ERPs) and Progress DB (QAD/MFG pro).
