Presently working as Document controller for ADNOC, Al Dhafra Green field project

Responsible for the receipt, control and distribution of technical documents, general Correspondences, reports and all other project related non-confidential documents as Per the distribution matrix authorized by the Project Control Manager.

Through Proe-track system all received document (including vendor document) distribute back to Contractor as per discipline lead directive.

Create and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management.

Ensure all records-management activities adhere to Company policies.

Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Auditing of Contractors for Handover documents control system & Drawing Control system, Project Construction Organization & responsibilities and meet the total requirement of client at the time of auditing with them.
