Responsible to ensure productivity of workmen and also monitoring & controlling of material wastage at site.

Preparation of Monthly/fortnight Material Reconciliation & Daily Reconciliation Statement work.

Preparation of Monthly/fortnight bill for subcontractor, against progress of work done.

Preparation of manpower schedule, as reference for total workforce required to complete the project and to minimize the labour cost.

Updating progress report weekly and monthly basis.

Responsible for execution of the activities with necessary Environment health and safety regulations (EHS).
