1. Worked as an EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER in SIGNATRUE INN HOTEL - Dubai from 4th - Jan 17 to 04th Sep-2017.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.

Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.

Prepare monthly Housekeeping Budget.

Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.

Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.

Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.

Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures

Prepare reports for management information.

Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.

Attending and resolving guest complaints.

Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.

Recommend recruitment of new personnel.

Daily briefing of Supervisors/ Executives.

Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department.

Immediately attending to guest requests.

2. Worked as an SENIOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR in London Creek Hotel Apartments Dubai from 14th-Sep 15 to 9th –Dce16.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel

Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform

Supervising for our check out inventory status.

Vacant room releasing on SOP basis.

Handling guest request and complaints.

Allocation work for each staff on daily basis.

Maintaining Store inventory records on weekly basis.

Preparing & maintain on a day to day housekeeping records.

Purchase order preparing.

Swimming Pool checking & maintain records for that process .
