Responsible for the management of technical operations. Manages daily operations and support of technology, matures operational processes, addresses customer support issues, leads and recommends solutions and capacity plans, develops and supports IT systems and procedures that align with the organizational mission and strategic direction.

Provides leadership of the team that supports the IT infrastructure and applications, including but not limited to the network, servers, databases, virtual desktop/shared desktop, VoIP/Telephony, meeting and collaboration technology, security, and disaster recovery.

Managed 64 employees providing database administration, web/application development, UNIX/Windows administration, flight simulation systems, security plans, desktop support, help desk support, physical security, video, photo, and graphics for NASA AFRC customers.

Implemented data center redesign and relocation after flood disaster at telecom building. Rewired premises for telecom/power. Replaced MDF and IDF configuration and equipment at new location.

Researched and helped design backup services migration from on-site to cloud.

Managed the search, evaluation, and selection of new cloud based ERP system environment from offerings by Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, & Epicore.

Managed migration of existing Epicor on-premise ERP to cloud based Epicor after final ERP selection made.
