WORK EXPERIENCE

JT"s has been serving great food in South Broad Ripple for over two years. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We are known for a variety of entrees and appetizers that range from grilled angus steaks and burgers and our grilled smothered chicken, to mouth watering breaded tenderloins and pulled pork nachos. Additionally, our Pan Fried Chicken on Sundays is well known along with our Pork Back Ribs on Friday and Saturday evenings., We also hand bread our chicken tenders and onion rings. As the owner and the chef of Enrico's, I was fully accountable for supervising and running this entire operation. The original owners sold the restaurant to Stuart in 2001 after 9 years. Enrico's was a local favorite in the Broad Ripple area for 21 years. In May of 2008, Indianapolis Monthly Magazine featured a section dedicated to restaurants called BEST RESTAURANTS 2008, and Enrico's was included in a select group of accomplished restaurants for high food quality and was described as one of Indianapolis's "10 little gems" Another accomplishment for Enrico's came in 2007, as Reid Duffey included Enrico"s in the book called Indiana's Favorite Restaurants, as this book is updated every 3-4 years with a chosen group of accomplished restaurants that has stood the test of time and popularity. Muldoon's Bar and Grill Restaurants - Fishers, IN

1997 to 2001

I was in charge of all day to day operations including scheduling, training and all aspects of guest satisfaction. Muldoon's had maintained a reputation for great food and drinks in Fishers for 15 years. A big focus was being instrumental in keeping sales and profits at a high level. Making sure that every guest leaves satisfied is the key and number one priority. Muldoon's fresh and creative menu was carefully updated each year with the addition of new well thought out creative appetizers and entrees. Muldoon's evolved from great sandwiches and appetizers to having a wide variety of popular dishes including pasta dishes, delicious steaks, and great salads. Building relationships to create repeat customers with high quality food and service over several years has been the biggest message for my employees.

The bar had the hometown feel that attracted many locals. The separate lounge area allowed adults to play darts and watch sporting events on TV, and restaurant area had a full service dining room that also welcomed families. In addition to great food and drinks, Muldoon's held 2 annual outdoor tent parties that added excitement and flair. These tent parties were very successful and had live local bands including Carl Storie, Alligator Brothers along with lots of food and excitement. After many years, the tent parties became well know for the Brickyard and at St. Patrick's Day every year. Many say these events were in the top 5 most popular restaurant tent festivals in Indianapolis for many years Restaurant Management
