DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Civil & Architectural

Preparing Auto CAD & REVIT drawings for the proposed residential and commercial buildings.

Preparing elevations, sectional elevations, floor plans for residential and commercial buildings

Preparing shop drawings for setting out plans, landscaping layouts, elevation and interior drawings including reflected ceiling and floor plans, wall elevation, columns with modeling details, generate 3d models.

Preparing Architectural aesthetic drawings for various projects such as residential villas and commercial complexes etc.

Possessing authentic awareness concerning all types of building layouts, plans, section details of architectural and structural drawings.

Preparing drawings as per consultant requirements.

Preparing standard drawings with the skill of x-reference, page setup, scaling in layout, Dimensioning, Pen assignment, Annotations, Layer management, publish, 3d isometric view in 2d drawing with specific angles etc.

Plumbing

Provide detailing.

Estimate quantities of all pipes, fixtures & accessories etc.

Estimating sprinkle quantities (firefighting).

Provide toilet details with isometric view (Water & Drainage).

Shop drawing, redesigning of piping based on consultant engineer’s comments and recommendations.

Preparing riser diagram of Water & Drainage.
