My years of experience within the Information Technology Community made me an accomplished IT Operations and Project Manager. The skills that I utilize have benefited each of the organizations I have partnered with. One of the companies that I worked for called Retail Data Systems, I have reduced operation resource costs in the IT new system staging process from an 80-hour process to an 8-hour process which is a decrease of 90% in labor resource cost. New system installations were budgeted for 40 hours of labor resources to install, train end users and go live support. Utilizing technology for the training portion of the new system installation I had reduced new system installation to a 32-hour labor resource to install new IT systems which is a decrease of 20%. This does not include per diem, Lodging or car rental transportation costs. This is just a couple examples of the benefits that I can bring to the company that I work for. I have managed, grown and mentored a small IT support organization from a 3 members staff, or a 6% support ratio of operations cost per location to a well-organized cross functional support desk team of more than 20 staff members or 4% support ratio of operations cost per location. Caribou Coffee company had grown from a 50-store retail location company to over a 550-store retail location company.
