Responsible for requirements analysis and testability review.

Provide schedule estimates and manage critical path tasks to ensure on time test completion.

Develop validation test plans and detailed test procedures using different methods as needed in quality assurance plan e.g. success based test methods, extended life test methods, test to failure test methods, and over stress test methods,EMI-EMC test methods,ESS test methods etc.

Debugging and Root cause analysis for the failures observed in the modules and systems.

Defects conducted as respective FAB and SAB team.

Implement test sequences using MIL standards.

Monitoring and analyzing the manufacturing defects to improve the production process and quality.

Follow up the Bought out components,consumable items,Raw material items,mechanical items and COC’s(certificate of conformance) with vendor and purchase team.

As per MIL standards specification and customer specification conduct the Environmental stress screening(ESS) and EMI-EMC testing at Module and System Level for RME products.

Qualify the products in front of Quality Assurance Agency Missile System Quality Assurance Agency(MSQAA),Strategic System Quality Assurance Group (SSQAA) and Naval Armament Inspection(NAI).
