Roberta Martone Pavia has 20-plus years of professional experience in corporate and agency marketing communications, advertising, direct marketing, and public relations. Since 1999, she has been a communications consultant/freelance writer providing web copy, emails, banner ads, print ads, blog posts, online and print collateral materials (writing/editing/proofing) to a variety of clients in the high tech, higher education, medical, consumer, and non-profit sectors. She is well-versed in Chicago Manual of Style and AP Style formats, and has managed the print production process for many clients.
