As Delivery/Implementation manager involved in managing and delivering a portfolio of Big Data Management projects within Digital and Analytics team. Work closely for smooth delivery of the DW/BI projects within scope, schedule and budget.

CSS CRM Project is to ingest data from Salesforce source systems (Medvantage Service and Repair & CERENOVUS- CRM) to Amazon S3 & Redshift with 40 domains. Project EPIC replaced the existing GATEWAY (MD&D) and ELMO (Consumer) customer portals with a Hybris platform. EPIC is built on an enhanced e-Commerce experience for JNJ customers in MD&D and Consumer sectors. With prime focus on migration from legacy systems to e-Commence based Hybris, worked with various work streams from Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM), MD&D, Web Methods, SAP and Consumer.

Responsible for developing and executing plans for Project EPIC data migration, Data cleansing, Data evaluation and loading, Data Archival, Cutover, Hypercare, legacy decommissioning for MD&D and Consumer. Developed release strategy for wave deployments for the iterations.

ETL Activities: Migrate data over the firewall and into the external network (such as VPN) with DB link connection, extract files, Mbox/ SFTP transfer methods. Used Informatica MDM for ETL & Data Quality.
