Accounts Work

1.Responsible for posting transactions as like J/V, A/R, A/P, G/L, Capital, Liabilities into system.

2.Ensure that the Company’ Accounting records are prepared and updated accurately and in a timely manner.

3.Proactively interacts with Vendors to ensure timely updating of the Accounting records relating to their payments, deductions and recoveries.

1.Preparation of Annual Filing documents in Form MBP-1 (Interest of Directors) and DIR-8 (Intimation of Directors) and filing of Form AOC-4 (Financial Statements), MGT-7 (Details of Shareholders) and ADT-1 (Details of Auditors) annually.

2.Preparation of Board’s Report and Minutes of Meeting (Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting and Extra General Meeting).

3.Incorporation of Private Limited Companies as per Companies Act, 1956 and 2013 and Appointment and Resignation of Directors and filing e-form for the same (DIR-11 and DIR-12).

4.Increase in Authorized Share Capital of Private Limited Company (Form SH-7) with all documentation, Conversion of Loan into Equity Share Capital with all documentation, Right issue of Shares with all documentation and drafting of legal documents.

5.Obtaining DIN, DSC and registration of the same on MCA Portal and Intimation of change in particulars of PAN of Directors to ROC (Form DIR-6).

6.Registration of Charitable Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and Income Tax Act, 1961 and Appointment and Resignation of trustees of the Trust.
