1. Employee Engagement – Onboard to Exit
In-charge for joining and exit formalities
Induct and Orient new joiners.
Maintain employee database/personnel files.
Employee engagement programs, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), Exit Management, PF Administration, Probation/ Confirmation, and Background verification.
Benefit Administration: Organize and execute employee benefits such as medical insurance, arrange medical camps, meal pass, wellness initiatives, arrange for fun events & recreational/ counseling activities and other value added services
Policy Administration: Creation/ Amendment of policies, Preparation of templates and presentations, benchmarking market practices and procedures; adhere to ongoing processes and practices of the organization.
Vendor Management - Place purchase orders and interact with respective third party for internal HR team requirements: Benefits, PF, Insurance, Labour compliance.

2. Data Management
Download various employee related reports from HRMS/ MIS reports. Perform periodical data clean up activity.
Manage information on New joiners, Exit employees, Appraisals, & Incentives etc.
E-Leave: Maintenance of E-Leave system - pull reports, perform periodical clean up activity, manage employee leave information and manipulate other leave related data.
Payroll: Pull data for payroll and share inputs for processing paychecks; Maintain Salary Advance and Loan Repayment records and also process payroll online.
3. Internal Recruitment & Selection – Pre & Post recruitment
Interact with management team across locations and understand requirements.
Source, screen, match for needs and schedule interviews and coordinate further recruitment process.
Complete reference check / background verification for selected candidates.
Negotiate & roll out offer with approval from respective authority.
Maintain master database (MIS) of requirements tracker and share with team.
4. Other Activities & Achievements
Mailbox & Folder Management: Manage team's shared mailbox and network drives.
