Sr. Program/Project Manager - Vendor Request for Proposal (RFP). Led the Project to develop a comprehensive RFP to bid out the replacement of all major systems within the Bank. RFP was released to qualified vendors in the marketplace. Vendor responses were evaluated, product demonstrations conducted, and an Executive recommendation developed. Negotiated vendor contract with finalists focusing on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), costs, regulatory compliance, and meeting business requirements. Facilitated finalization of a $45M contract. Savings estimated at $4M including staff reduction and revenue increase.
