Working Experience:- Total 12 Years Experience in Hospital Billing & Dispatch

Job Profile: - Around 12 years working experience as a Assistant Manager - Billing with reputed Hospitals in Delhi NCR, Dehradun. Good knowledge of hospital billing & dispatch with various charges as C.G.H.S., E.C.H.S., E.S.I. raters & packages billing for CAG/PTCA/CABG Bypass, THR, TKR Surgeries & all Cardiac & General Surgeries Packages.

Ensure to errorless billing and flow process & TAT compliance.

Responsible for accurate billing and to maintain TAT for dispatch.

Responsible for the efficient functioning of all IPD billing personnel.

Ensure the billing is done as per billing policies as per agreed tariff for Cash, TPA, Corporate, PSU’s, CGHS, ECHS, ESI e.t.c. for minimal deduction.

Minimization of revenue losses, evaluation and re-validation of individual dues and individual discounts

Supervising smooth operation of the outlets.

Ensure & controlling on dispatch and docketing of all the credit bills as per stipulated TAT.

To take morning meeting of the staff on daily basis for planning for the day.

Responsible for controlling daily operation maintenance costs to cut down overheads.

Responsible for recruiting new qualified staff to maintain high standards of service.

Monitoring training of staff for continuous improvement of standards.

Coordination with pricing team and consultants for addition of new specialty/service and tariff from time to time.

Coordination with Marketing and IT team for pricing of new promotional package and agreed terms with corporate to be incorporated in software for billing.

Audit on daily basis, Query reply of IPD Bills to their concern TPA, Corporate, PSU’s, ECHS & CGHS on UTIITSL.

Good knowledge of UTIITSL(ECHS & CGHS) i.e. new admission intimation (referral & emergency) bill’s upload, query replies if any as per stipulated TAT.
