As the senior graphic designer my main focus was to work with my team to redesign all marketing materials to meet the current Berkshire Hathaway brand standards with a long-term path toward becoming a top national lender. Design of Core Principle logo that enabled us to offer a clear message about our new business model—and a better career path. Core Principle graphic: customer service, respect, integrity, financial strength, and operational excellence. 15 page career website, 2 recruiter booklets, with a completely new business system. Provided a full service design to all real estate brokerage and mortgage lending partners across the United States: Edina Realty, Long Mortgage, Northwest Mortgage Alliance, Rector Hayden, INTERO. All materials were branded with the Home Services of America’s company culture campaign and their values in mind.
■ Essential Design Function: Provided design layouts using Adobe software concepts that were translated into AI media files used on Mortgage Return’s (CRM). “Total Expert” self-automated online program highly customizable website for Loan Officers to use as a sales tool remotely to build personalized sales flyers, convert flyers into open house websites based on the media design template. All elements would be co-branded with a realtor, colorized and shared on every social media platform within minutes of being generated based on the Mortgage Loan Officers profile settings.
■ Designed over 100 mortgage flyers to support all sales material used for signage, promotion, in-house employee wall graphic’s, seminars and annual “Elite Producer” event and new home buyer lunch & learn. Designed a custom “Home Loan Guide”, human resources recruiting booklets for both sales and operations, offer letters, job fair brochure, Loan Officer personalized brochures and monthly leadership scorecards.
■ Set up and managed 5 key social media accounts. Posting, ad campaigns and responses to all customer & group pages also managed the engagement requests and monitored the analytics for each page.
■ Participated in multiple projects with my team to communicate project status to leadership effectively. Every design piece required compliance review and approval to meet regulatory requirements and with materials provided for in-house reviews and stored for future audits as needed. Research selected photos for a diverse clientele and all organization supported by my team.

T 612-***-**** E JenniferAnneWebb@i c l oud.com As the senior graphic designer for Sybaritic my main focus was to maintain, update, and coordinate print collateral for key publications: graphics for all skin care, spa equipment, medical devices to support all project managers, international sales distributors and our manufactures. Technical marketing expertise designing complete branding system, product designs, prototypes, sales brochures, users’ manuals to support all marketing and product use. My first task was to redesign the Hydration Station sales materials which led to 20 million in sales to Planet Beach tanning salons. Developed marketing kits for every device sold to support products in the field and ensure consumable sales and repeat business. Created parts catalogs that supported products sold over 27 years of business and generated sales for distributor and partners all over world. The parts catalogs generated a whole new sales revenue stream which is ongoing.
■ Essential Functions: Provided layout design concepts that translated into marketing support sales tools, international product strategies across multiple channels: manufactures, distributors, the sales force, partners and the physician’s and staff that use all the products. Provided customized photography and art direction for all photo shoots, training videos for all products. Customized photography with Photoshop, color correction, image modification, developed new design ideas, personalized photos, mock-ups for product development and distributors upon request. Labeling, FDA label reports, packaging and kit cards for all devices, skin care and body care equipment use.
■ Set up and managed 12 key social media accounts. Posting, ad campaigns and responses to all customer & group pages also managed the engagement requests and monitored the analytics for each page.
■ Participated in the planning and scheduling of multiple trade shows events all over the world. Managed event schedule, status, and email announcements to all sales partners and distributors. Designed and developed Trade Show graphics, materials for show and shipping coordination for event literature and products. Assisted with event activities for meetings on site in the booth and at various locations around the city. Show videos and ordering of all promotional giveaways for event campaigns. As lead editorial designer my responsibilities were for designing the Sun Country Inflight Magazine, Lake Minnetonka Magazine, Minneapolis South Vacation Guide and the Wayzata Quarterly. I managed and coordinated ad production for the arts program guides for the Guthrie, Children’s Theater and Ordway: design of in-house advertising, rate cards, business flyers, client marketing materials and preflight all ads prior to publishing. I designed “Gold Mask Ad” for A&C that was so well received it was place in all art publications and often placed they back cover of each art program for the Guthrie, Children’s Theater, Ordway.
■ Worked with all clients to design and execute specialized marketing ad campaigns. Gathered copy and photos with all editorial content sections from multiple sourced copy writers for each issue.
