Project : Employee Performance Analysis

Client: INX Future Inc company.

Project Description: Analyses the current employee data and find the core underlying causes of this performance issues. Babitha’s Contribution: Babitha worked in Machine Learning modelling and evaluation from exploratory data analysis

(EDA),model building by data processing, data mugging. Department wise performane and which factors are effecting the performance is analyed. Babitha used data science technique to transform the data, used GRADIENT BOOSTING to create classifier with 95% accuracy. Model is successfully delivered to the client.

Hackothan Description: Predicting the House Price of Bengaluru.

Babitha's contribution: Babitha worked in Machine Learning Modelling and evalution, model building by data processing and data mugging. Training the model to predict the house price. Used XG BOOST to classifier with 83% accuracy.
