STATOR ENDURACNE TESTING

The project is to test the endurance of stator`s in a compressor.

A compressor`s stator`s performance is to be tested by applying a certain voltage and observing the corresponding rise in its winding`s temperature.

Using Q03UDE CPU of Mitsubishi and its Digital and Analog Inputs & outputs, a logic is being developed to monitor the temperatures and the voltage current relation of each stator.

The temperature sensor used is a RAYTEK non-contact IR Sensor.

HYDERABAD ELECTROPLATING WORKS, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh [Current]

The project is to control the different plating processes and provide the complete details and reports to a website using SQL server.

Using Mitsubishi FX PLC family and its analog and digital modules, a logic is being developed to semi automatically control the plating process depending upon the schedule provided by the Planning engineer in SCADA.
