These boys confided in me that they were being asked to hold a gun for a gang what I suggested was to alleviate the stress on these young men and asked them to relinquish the weapons to city police and be done with it no one would be harmed or charged since they had come forward on their own the conclusion to all this is that I saved someone's live and those lives of the youth that could have been in trouble, now one of them is a semi pro soccer player.I’m glad that I was able to change these young men’s lives for the betterment of their families. Another situation that happened to me that I was able to overcome was at the warehouse I was supervising there was a back order shipment that came doubled up, and we had over 300 flat screen televisions we had only ordered 150 so what I did was to save time and money I had another warehouse pick up 150 televisions for their facility, and it was cheaper for us to do it this route because the other facility came over and picked up the materials themselves. This cleared up warehouse space, saved time and most importantly saved money. Work experience
