Quality Assurance management professional with twenty (20) years experience in the Military to include over twenty-three (23) years in various Contingency Operations. Work History

May 2005-December 2022- Sr. Quality Technician / Kellogg, Brown and Root, Bagram, Afghanistan. Serving as the Supervisor for Contractual Compliance throughout the Bagram Area of Responsibility for KBR.

August 2003- May 2004 / Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Supervisor. Kuwait. Duties were to ensure all services were performed in accordance with LOGCAP III Quality Control Procedures:

-Develop and implement plans to control and improve quality in the Fabrication and Subassembly areas.

-Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to, personnel, budget, and/or assets.

-Certify and decertify Vendors and products

-Manage the Quality Team of 24 Inspectors throughout Kuwait and Southern Iraq

1999-2003 Quality Assurance / Quality Control; Brown & Root Services, Hungary. Ensure all processes are in Compliance with Government Contract by conducting Quality Audits and Inspections at various Military camps throughout the Balkans region.

1994-1998 Quality Assurance Representative; Boeing; St. Louis, Missouri. Served as the QAR for the Marine Missile Program at Boeing with responsibilities as listed below:

-Oversee the Quality Control Process in manufacturing and assembly

-Develop and Implement plans for receiving inspections

-Audit Vendors

-Apply Sampling plans

-Control mechanical measuring equipment

-Maintain national standards of certification, calibration and traceability

-Develop and Implement plans to control and improve quality in the Fabrication and Subassembly areas

-Control and document scrap materials from manufacturing and control stores

-Maintain ISO 9000 registration

1991-1994 Aviation Ordnance; Quality Assurance Inspector; Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. Ensure all Ordnance personnel are qualified/certified for all munitions build-ups and ordnance evolutions. Served as ordnance leader on two deployments to Japan and a tour at Blount Island; Jacksonville, Florida with the maritime prepositioning ships to ensure all ordnance equipment prepositioned was in a “ready for use” condition.

1985-1991 Armament Equipment Manager; New Orleans, Louisiana. Maintain records and ensure more than 250,000 items of armament equipment used by Marine Reserve Sites across the country are distributed equally and ready for use.
