In this position I actively recruited departing military personnel and veterans in search of new vocations in maritime careers. This role required sourcing candidates from trade shows, telephone prospecting, attending and engaging prospects at area Trade Shows, identifying new event opportunities, and giving presentations for company seminars. Additional responsibilities included obtaining a TWIC card and Coast Guard clearance, organizing accommodations of seminars, and creating promotional materials for events.
