Modal Analysis, Harmonic response of Automotive parts (Bumper & Muffler)

Calculated modal Frequency at different modes using Ansys and Deflections are seen at different mode values (First Bending, torsion shapes), For Muffler model different frequency transmission losses are retrieved.

Designed & Developed a prototype Muffler with different perforated tubes, Aerofoil:

Muffler model is designed with varying perforated channels inside determined Velocity and Pressure variation across the streamline inside the tube part and Pressure losses at outlet.

Stiffness analysis for articulated Bus Frame:

The Purpose of the project was to find the weaker section in bus frame assembly. This assembly contains front frame, centre frame, articulation and rear frame, meshing and input deck was prepared in hyper mesh and modal analysis was done using Radioss solver for finding the stiffness.
