In an agile environment, analyzed 194 stories which represented system functionality for Texas as potential baseline functionality for Georgia.

Using JAD techniques, worked with the business to further classify stories as not applicable, approved without modification, approved with modification, and need to completely re-write.

Updated stories accordingly and updated agile management software called Target Process.

This project laid out the framework of AT&T’s deployment of 4G wireless technology across the United States. My focus was on Ethernet to the Cell Site (ETTCS) and the touch points of the wireline and wireless AT&T entities. Team consisted of myself and 4 Business Analysts.

Created PowerPoint presentation of recommendations based on opportunities identified in the Coordination Matrix which resulted in Executive buy-in of process efficiencies and expedited time to market.

ADP (Atlanta, GA) 2/2010 to 8/2010

The goal of this project was to create ADP’s next flagship HR-focused product. The Team consisted of myself and 5 BA’s, offshore Development Team (India), and 4 QA’s. The project budget exceeded $1 million and the project team exceeded 100 headcount.

The project occurred when Delta Air Lines announced the acquisition of Northwest Airlines. My focus was on the creation of web-based functionality for like-kind web applications between both companies. Additionally, I led two joint venture web-focused projects between American Express and Delta Airlines. Team size exceeded 20 and the budget for the joint venture projects was $1 million.

Used Visio to produce process flows (BPM) and functional decomposition diagrams and iRise to demonstrate functional visualization.

Elicited requirements from individuals and groups via interviewing and JAD techniques and produced functional requirements documents including design-level use cases using MS Word.
