Led 11-member infrastructure team on a data center build-out and application deployment project. This was the first application shared between The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises (bottler) in North America. Impacted 10+ sites and resulted in a 10% annual transportation savings to the newly merged company.

Managed a Symantec DLP infrastructure build project. Project provided ability to scan SharePoint sites and desktops for non-compliant material and became the model for future, larger scaled deployments. Project completed on a ‘quick delivery’ schedule - successful completion is required for other high value projects to proceed.

Employee for 10 years in a unit serving the entire TCCC IT division devoted to developing, implementing, documenting and training desktop productivity applications for 4k+ employees. Applications supported multiple divisions including Legal, IT, Sales and Marketing.

TALENT LOGIC at The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta, GA 8/2012 – 3/2016

Data Loss Prevention: Improved the security of pii and other confidential data in SharePoint by building the infrastructure and deploying Symantec DLP software used to detect confidential data for security team remediation in TCCC dedicated MS hosted server environment. This pilot served as the model for the full scale rollout of the software.

Splunk IRM Project: Provided enhanced logging and auditing to support compliance with company policies including privacy and external regulatory policies. Delivered end to end management of the project including resources (vendor, network, server, integration, platform) hardware, reporting, risk management and governance for the implementation

Office 2013, SharePoint 2013: Provided latest Microsoft desktop productivity tools to TCCC globally. Managed network bandwidth issues as well as internal project team conflicts to deliver this project on time and on budget.

TCCC App Store: Significantly reduced lag time between application request and fulfillment by introducing TCCC app store to the KO corporate environment. This project fully automated the process of delivering applications to end users. Project was nominated for the 2014 annual Global IT LEAD Award.

McDonalds Billing Phase 3: Reduced AR delinquency through Cash Realization by improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints by improving the Owner/Operator Customer Experience on Equipment Service and Parts Bill-to-Settlement process. Project was nominated for the 2013 annual Global IT LEAD Award.

Writing documentation and delivering training to IT Operations associates on The Coca-Cola Company use of the SAP Program / Project Management Tool
